Our History

Albritton Pecan Company was founded over 60 years ago by my grandmother, Mae Albritton, in Camden Alabama.  We all called her “Ga Ga.”  She started the business as a way to supplement the family income while raising three children.  She really enjoyed running the business and becoming friends with all the people that were buying her pecans.  After she got on up in years, my mother, Frances Albritton Perryman, took over.  We call her “Gran Fran.”  She ran the business for 25 years, but finally decided in 2011 to step down and enjoy the fall/Christmas season without being so busy. This is when I took over the family business.

Who We Are Now

My name is Elizabeth Perryman Mason and thanks to four adorable grandchildren, I now have the nickname “Goose!”  I try to run the business just as Gran Fran and Ga Ga taught me, and am confident that I will continue to meet all your pecan needs as she and my grandmother did in the past.
